If yours doesn't look right, you can either select the right one from the drop-down box, or force it to pick the right one by manually disabling all other adapters. I would also ensure that the stack order is correct. I would recommend disabling all adapters that aren't currently in use, including Hamachi or any other virtual adapter.
Turns out, the most common cause of this is because the network adapter that Command and Conquer 3 is attempting to use isn't the actual adapter you have plugged in.
